Studio Booking Policies

1. Booking and Payment Policies

  • Advance Booking Required: All studio bookings must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be settled before the start of the session.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancel 72+ hours before the booking: Full deposit can be credited toward a future booking.

    • Cancel within 72 hours: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the booking, subject to availability.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Studio Access: Clients can access the studio 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time to set up.

  • Overtime Charges: Exceeding the booking time will incur overtime charges of AED 300/hour (or prorated per 15 minutes).

  • Early Access/Extended Hours: Must be arranged and paid for in advance.

4. Cleanliness and Care

  • Studio Condition: Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as they found it.

  • Damage: Any damages to the equipment, props, or facilities will be charged to the client at replacement or repair cost.

5. Use of Equipment and Props

  • Included Equipment: Basic equipment is included in the rental fee. Any additional equipment must be requested in advance.

  • Equipment Care: All equipment must be handled with care. Damaged or missing items will incur replacement charges.

6. Guests and Crew

  • Guest Limit: A maximum of 6 people is allowed in the studio per booking. Additional guests require prior approval.

  • Children and Pets: Must be supervised at all times and require prior approval to enter the studio.

7. Food and Beverages

  • Cafe Service: Complimentary beverages are available for members. Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only.

  • Catering: Must be pre-arranged if needed.

8. Usage Rights

  • Content Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of their work created in the studio. ARTEO may request permission to use behind-the-scenes shots for marketing purposes.

  • Restricted Activities: Activities involving fire, hazardous materials, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

9. Safety and Conduct

  • Respect for Space: Clients must respect the studio’s policies, staff, and other users.

  • Safety Protocols: Clients must follow all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and fire exits.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: ARTEO has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or damage to the space.

10. Liability and Insurance

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own crew, equipment, and personal belongings. ARTEO is not liable for any loss or damage.

  • Insurance: Clients may be required to provide proof of insurance for large-scale or high-risk productions.
